We are not liable for any import tax, customs fee, Remote surcharge, or customs delay. If the parcel is returned to us due to the buyer’s refusal to pay the above fees, we would not resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay all the return & resend cost. We refuse the buyer to cancel the order or request a refund based on the above reason.

1. Worldwide Shipping 7-14 working days
2. Orders are processed timely after the payment verification.
3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your shipping address.
4. Transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends & holidays. Transit times may differ, particularly during the holiday.
5. Please contact us if you don't receive your items within 14 days of payment. We will track the shipment and get back to you ASAP with a reply.
6. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
7. UK Delivery takes between 7-14 working day.
