Installations

Once you have placed an order requiring installation, you will be contacted by one of our engineers to book you in for a fitting slot.

Our engineers are based in Manchester and London, if you would like an engineer to travel to you from their base in their retrospective cities, for an installation there will be an additional travel fee, this fee will be paid to the engineer on the day of the installation.

The travel fee will be calculated by our engineers, the fee will be based on the distance of the installation location from our engineer’s base.

Installations will be organised directly between you (the customer) and the engineer, once the order has been placed and the parts have arrived with the engineer or customer.

Please be aware we do not provide instructions/tutorials for Self-installation.
