Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns are only available if a product is found and tested as faulty. This must be notified within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for “change of mind”

  • Refunds for installation costs, will only be granted if the product is faulty.

  • Products must be tested by our engineers before a refund can be processed

  • All returned items must be in the original package and must provide us with the tracking number, specific reason for the return, and original PO.

  • If the product is found faulty, we will refund your full amount of the items, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.

  • All product inspections/product repairs will take place at our base or location decided by our engineer, even if a home installation took place.

Warranty:

  • 12 months limited warranty for all Android screens. (Excluding artificial damage or caused by Installation error)

  • Accessories get 3 month’s warranty (Excluding artificial damaged or caused by Installation errors)

  • Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period. Please kindly tell us what the defect is and give us your tracking number.

  • We do not support individual applications on the Android systems. We only support Android software and hardware. e.g. If there is an issue with Netflix, we cannot help.
